Children’s Scholarship Program

Each year our Long Term Disability Plan Administrators, California Public Safety Administrators, Inc., donates three scholarships to the children of CAPF Plan Participants.

The 2025 Scholarship distribution will consist of $3,000 – three awards of $1,000 each.

Two Scholarships will be awarded to high school seniors enrolling in a community college, university, vocational or technical school.

One Scholarship will be awarded to students continuing at a community college, university, vocational or technical school.

This is a valuable opportunity to provide your children with scholarship money in order to help them attain their higher education goals!

Scholarship Applications for 2024 are now closed.

Application deadline was April 30,2024. Scholarship Applications for 2025 will be available in mid-December. Please contact Angelina West, Member Relations Director at angelina@cpsainc.com with any questions.

High School Recipients

Abigail Robinson – Washinton State University, Majoring in Zoology (National City Fire Dept.)

Alexandra Morris – University of Hawaii, Majoring in Civil Engineering  (Humboldt Bay Fire)

College Recipients

Dylan Schelegle – University of Arizona, Majoring in Science (Alameda Co. Fire Dept.)
